"With AMD exiting the chipset market, the only viable chipsets at the time of this article are the ALi MAGiK-1 C1 stepping, SIS735, VIA KT266A, and the nForce 415 not counting the integrated solutions. The SIS735 and MAGiK-1 started showing their age falling behind the KT266A and nForce 415 in terms of performance. While the nForce 415 could keep up with the KT266A, it was only recently introduced to the market and hasn’t been widely adopted yet."
